I thought to myself drawing this "This had better be cute or Dot will come out of cartoon retirement just to rip me one." XP OMG I hate yellow, I was going to do pink but Yakko's bg is red so I felt bad for Wakko being the only non-reddish bg. I forgot what else I wanted to say >.> Ah well.

She's more kawaii than any anime girl ever LOL

EDIT: I remember what I was going to say. I think Dot's the last female character to ever roam without a shirt LOL. I'm surprised no one ever said anything about that ever. There's pleanty of "Wakko's not wearing pants" jokes. LOL
