Anime Stormy from RainbowBrite

Who else loved this show?? I practically grew up on this, Care Bears, and Alvin and the Chipmunks... XD Anyhoo I'm trying to do anime versions of all the color kids and such. This one was drawn maybe a year or two ago but I decided to work it up and put it here. Her name's Stormy and she has the power over um...storms...She's strongest in the winter time I believe...And she has her own horse! LOL Anyway, the lightning background was taken off of a website I found using google so I left the (c) info there. (I used it without permission! )

Erm...what else...I think that's all I wanted to say..oh yeah colored with colored pencils and assembled in Photoshop!
