77. Test: A Sailor Moon Feel to It
I was playing with my tablet and wanted to see if I could do something anime looking with the bg and coloring. I dunno how well it turned out.
Yeah I'm sure that's not what the theme meant my test but I wanted to have this as part of the 100 theme challenge (and NOT under "Stars" because I have another idea for that one) so here it is. A test of my skills?
